Carreer Highlights
Program Expansion Plan
With the goal of increasing programs, audience, and revenue, I worked with the board, Executive Director, and Programs team to evaluate current programming, and identify a five-year plan for program growth.
Strategic Planning
As part of the Strategic Planning Process, I led up the program committee to create a 5 year growth plan. During this time I ran Strategic Planning workshop with the Programs Team, Executive Team, and worked cross departmentally to create staff and organizational buy in.
Program Evaluation
Working with Karina Lehrner with Capacity Consulting, I worked to add a layer of qualitative program assessment to evaluate the social impact of our programs. Through using a Theory of Change model we build in out evaluation methods into our teaching practices.
