I was directly responsible for evaluating current program deliverables and creating a plan for program and audience expansion.

2016 |
Upon arrival in the spring of 2016, I was instrumental in developing the 5-year strategic plan. 

  1. Led staff alignment workshops to gain staff and volunteer input and buy-in

  2. Worked directly with the Executive Director and Board Member to create the 6 major goals and align them with MEarth Vision and Values

  3. Developed a work plan model to integrate monthly  and yearly staff goals and deliverables into the strategic yearly goals

2017 | Worked quarterly with the executive director to review strategic plan deliverables and develop a reporting structure to inform the MEarth Board with organizational Advances.

2017 | Developed a Theory of Change Logic Model (ToC) to implement evaluation techniques into programs and forward strategic plan goals.

  1. Created a program expansion plan with a 3-year timeline to increase program revenue by 50% year over year to support 4 new staff members and expand fee-based programming.

  2. Increased Summer Revenue by 35% from 2016 to 2018, exceeding revenue goals by 10%

2018 | Created strategic communications and marketing plan for Summer Camp and CommunityConnect programs.

2018 | Developed, sesigned and delivered a new Summer Camp Offering for Middle School Students Habitat Art Camp
