I started as a part-time Executive Director, hired to revitalize the organization.

Highlights


2021 | Upon arrival in the spring of 2021, I began work to develop the agency’s first 5-year strategic plan. 

  1. Let the Board on early strategic planning retreat leading to a draft of a new mission for greater impact with under-served families in South County.

  2. Worked directly with staff and Board Members to create the six major goals and align them with PCMC Vision and Values

  3. Created a short-term plan for fiscal and program growth

  4. Finalized all grant reports and foundation reporting.

2022 | Grant and Program Growth

  1. Secured agency’s first large multi-year government grant for $250,000

  2. Hired full-time staff to plan and execute a peer-to-peer led support mobile/pop-up program for new mothers and families

  3. Secured a new home for PCMC’s playgroups

  4. Developed the first end-of-year campaign for the agency

2023 | Continued Growth and Program Impact

  1. Finalized a 5-year strategic plan with new Mission Values and Vision

  2. Trippled the end-of-year campaign contributions over 2022

  3. Developed quarterly reports to show program's impact
